Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Valor Innova Growth is operated by a sole proprietor. When submissions are enabled, our Contact and Quote form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, business name, optional website, city/state, selected services, optional budget range, desired timeline, project challenge, optional additional details and language. We also record your privacy acknowledgment, policy version, marketing consent choice, submission reference and notification status. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Public submissions are currently paused; answers stay on the page and are not submitted or saved as inquiries.

How information is used and consent

We use inquiry information to understand your needs, respond to your request, prepare proposals and prevent spam or duplicate submissions. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser to remember your selection. Marketing consent is optional, separate from the required privacy acknowledgment and unchecked by default. You can submit an inquiry without opting into marketing. We record your choice, but no marketing campaigns or automatic visitor confirmation emails are activated by this form. Booking remains disconnected.

Services that process inquiry data

The configured inquiry system uses Supabase for secure inquiry storage in the US East region; Resend to email new-inquiry notifications from notifications@send.valorinnova.com to hello@valorinnova.com, with your validated email as Reply-To; Google Workspace to receive and manage those notifications in our business inbox; HubSpot to create or update a contact record with your inquiry details so we can manage the customer relationship; and Lovable to host the website and run its submission handler. Cloudflare Turnstile provides invisible bot verification on the contact form. Its script may load when you visit the form even while submissions are paused; server token verification and inquiry submission remain disabled until launch approval. These services process the information needed for their respective roles; Resend, Google Workspace and HubSpot receive the inquiry information included in the notification or contact record. HubSpot records your marketing opt-in choice but never subscribes you to marketing email automatically. Email or CRM failure does not delete a saved inquiry: we record the status and retain it for safe retry. These providers may process data in the United States or other locations under their own terms and privacy practices.

Spam protection and security

We do not store raw IP addresses in inquiry records or spam-limit storage. When a trusted hosting-edge IP address is available, we use it transiently to create a one-way keyed hashed fingerprint for spam limits and to verify the Turnstile token with Cloudflare. Email-based spam limits also use a hashed fingerprint. Cloudflare and hosting providers may themselves process IP addresses, browser/device signals and other technical data to deliver their services and detect abuse; our no-raw-IP storage statement does not extend to their own systems. Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Inquiry storage is restricted to authorized server access, with no public read or write access. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Our inquiry retention period is 24 months from creation. Automated daily cleanup removes expired inquiries from Supabase, including their associated notification tracking; short-lived spam-limit records are cleaned up separately. You may request earlier deletion by emailing hello@valorinnova.com. Inquiry notification copies in Google Workspace and any provider-held delivery logs or backups are separate from Supabase cleanup: they must be addressed through inbox deletion and each provider’s retention controls, and may not disappear immediately. Reviewing those controls and the deletion process across providers remains a requirement before public launch. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, records required for that separate relationship will be covered by the applicable agreement and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@valorinnova.com to request access, correction or earlier deletion of your inquiry information, or to withdraw optional marketing consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Your rights and any lawful exceptions depend on applicable law. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from replying to your inquiry. This policy remains a draft pending professional review and approval before public submissions are enabled.
